The idea is to pause, notice and reflect on your relationship with nature.
Another way to notice the beauty in nature is to use all your senses:
See – the colours and the beauty
Hear – bird song or the sound of a gentle breeze
Smell – the flowers or freshly cut grass
Touch – tree bark or cool stream water
Taste – unless you are an expert on what is safe to eat, then maybe just enjoying a homemade picnic with a friend
